I enjoy sharing learnings from my career, and I’ve toured New Zealand and internationally, speaking at conferences and events.
Generally, I speak on three key topics:
Leadership and business
Drawing on my experience as Chair and professional director in many governance roles, and as the former CEO and Managing Director of Telecom New Zealand. I explore my learnings around business success.
Business and social purpose
As a successful entrepreneur with My Food Bag, we were as much driven by purpose as profit. I’m fascinated by the power of entrepreneurial projects to integrate the commercial world with social outcomes, and love sharing knowledge with other entrepreneurs.
Pathways for women in business
I’ve always been a feminist, and I’m a firm believer that women need to support other women. I share my experience as a female leader, explore my learnings and strive to inspire other women in business.
