Compatico is a premium, personalised, premium, private matchmaking service designed for people aged 40 and above.

Compatico addresses a growing need for over 40’s who a looking for a human-led, bespoke, safe and secure, intelligent matchmaking service. Creating authentic connections using it’s ‘art of matching’ methodology, combining innovation and human matchmaking expertise. No algorithms, artificial intelligence, no more fake profiles and no more dodgy dates.

Compatico has two membership options, as well as offering a unique suite of wraparound services, including specialist matchmakers, qualified relationship counsellors and personal stylists. Not only that, every member has access to curated singles experiences and events within its community.

Compatico launched February 2024 and is Auckland based with the intention to grow Nationally.

Compatico sets a new standard in matchmaking and is a solution for its time.

Tend

2019 — Present: Chair

 

Tend is healthcare designed for modern life. See a doctor online with a mobile primary healthcare app that transforms a visit to the doctor into a secure video consultation.


It eliminates unnecessary doctors' visits, cuts wait times, and makes it easy for New Zealanders to see their doctors anywhere, any time.

Tend launched mid-2020, with a mission to put digital healthcare in the hands of all Kiwis.

My Food Bag delivers inspiring, nutritionally balanced, tasty recipes and the best of New Zealand seasonal produce to your door.


We’re all about making dinner easy. Co-founded in 2013, alongside Cecilia Robinson and Nadia Lim, the company announced a turnover of around $130m in 2016.

Appointed as an independent Director of AIA Australia, a leading life insurance company in Australia, in 2009 and became Chair in 2010.


AIA Australia won the Australian & New Zealand Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF) Life Insurance Company of the Year 2017, 2015, 2013 and 2012, ANZIIF Women's Employer of the Year 2016, Women in Finance Awards Employer of the Year 2019 and 2018 and the Insurance Asia Awards International Life Insurer of the Year – Australia 2020, as well as other accolades..

Appointed as an Independent Director and Chair of AIA New Zealand’s Board of Directors in July 2018, when AIA completed its acquisition of Sovereign Assurance Company Limited. AIA is New Zealand's largest life insurer and one of the country's leading private health insurers. AIA New Zealand won the NZ Women in Insurance Awards Insurance Employer of the Year 2020, the White Camelia Awards Supreme Award 2019, as well as many other accolades.

Their focus is on delivering support for educators and better outcomes for students, by ensuring their technology meets the needs of their users.

 

The Six Senses Group

2013 — Present: Director and Investor

 

The Six Senses Group is an Australasian beauty company producer and distributor of luxury beauty products for premium brands.


I was originally the Chair and an investor in a company called The Six Senses, led by CEO Miranda Waple. The Six Senses manufactures and distributes perfumes for the likes of Karen Walker globally alongside select skincare products. The Six Senses recently merged with an Australian business, Pure Beauty Australia, to form the Six Senses Group.
